Peppercorn Park is surrounded by some very picturesque countryside and provides many of its residents with some excellent views across the local farmlands with their horses grazing in the adjacent grasslands and pastures.  A friendly community environment set in peaceful surroundings characterizes living in Peppercorn Park.  Additionally, the park is located within a few miles of Bedford town as well as being located very close to the amenities offered in the village of Clapham.

Bedford town has a busy shopping centre but there are other delightful things you can enjoy when in the village such as a leisurely walk along the River Ouse which meanders through the town centre.  Within a short driving distance of Peppercorn Park is the Billing Aquadrome which features fishing and funfairs, and a skiing slope at Milton Keynes.

Links to other cities and towns in the region are easily accessed via the bus stop in the village which is less than a mile from the park.  Bedford’s mainline train station offers direct service to London with trains leaving several times per hour.  Additionally, the Luton Airport is only 25 miles away and can provide you with flights to other European cities and other foreign destinations.
